Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, suitable for English-speaking individuals from Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferences:
- Prior experience working in Medina is preferred but not required
- Biometric passport is preferred for ease of travel between countries
