Construction Site Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our projects in Hawalli, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring quality control. They will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Review plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

This is a full-time position.
