Experienced Waiter in Albena

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Waiter to join our team in the beautiful city of Albena. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
- Accurately entering orders into the POS system and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
- Providing recommendations and answering any menu-related questions from guests
- Upselling menu items to increase sales and add value to the dining experience
- Handling guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations
- Assisting with opening or closing duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month without accommodation. We also provide opportunities for tips based on performance.
