We are currently hiring a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
