Merchandiser - Albena, Bulgaria (Contract)

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are presented in an appealing and organized manner to attract customers and increase sales. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, including accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to promote our products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive product displays and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and order new products as needed
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor products
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and trends
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be willing to live in provided accommodation during the contract period
