Barista - Seasonal Position in Mecca, Saudi Arabia



We are hiring a team of talented baristas for our seasonal location in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. As a barista, you will also engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to our standards
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Be knowledgeable about menu items to answer customer questions and make recommendations
- Operate POS system to process transactions accurately
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and customer service excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time
- Candidates must be Indian nationals currently residing in Mecca or willing to relocate
- No prior experience or knowledge of English required

Salary:
1300$ monthly salary plus shared accommodation provided by the company.
