Production Line Worker

As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the factory production line. This includes operating machinery, sorting and packing products, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will need to have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work full time in Nairobi.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production line machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor the production process and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Sort and pack products according to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate any concerns or suggestions for improvement to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a factory line worker or in a similar role
- Ability to work full time and flexible hours as needed
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication skills in English (Swahili is an asset)
- Valid work permit or willing to obtain one
