Factory Line Worker


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Factory Line Worker to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining the production line. You will work as part of a team to ensure that production targets are met and products are of high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery on the production line according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Monitor production line for any issues or malfunctions and report them to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Meet daily production targets as set by the supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the production line

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a factory or production environment preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and tools effectively
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
