Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and use your expertise to bring their ideas to life.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
- Select appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing manner using different techniques and tools
- Offer suggestions and recommendations to clients based on their budget, event type, and seasonality of flowers
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
- Communicate with suppliers to procure high-quality flowers at competitive prices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs and offering personalized solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role in the floral industry
- Strong understanding of different types of flowers, greenery, and floral arrangements
- Proficient in various floral design techniques such as hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and provide personalized solutions
- Creativity and attention to detail are essential for this role
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons

Salary: 1200$ per month.
