Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Isa Town. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries and create maps for construction projects. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data and providing accurate measurements and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of CAD software and land surveying software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and elevation levels
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze collected data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Provide accurate measurements for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project plans
- Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and budget constraints
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites or potentially hazardous areas
