Handyman/ Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Handyman/Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as repairs, installations, and general upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Handle repairs and replacements of appliances, furniture, and fixtures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments or tenants
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper functioning of all building systems and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one)
- Availability for on-call duty in case of emergencies
