Executive Chef
We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in culinary arts and be passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop new menu items and ensure that all dishes meet quality standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Maintain a positive work environment and provide feedback to improve performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
