Restaurant Manager - Isa Town, Bahrain
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Isa Town, Bahrain. You will lead a team of employees and ensure that they provide excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality standards. Your goal will be to create a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, including but not limited to food preparation, service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and friendly service.
- Train and guide employees on proper food handling techniques, menu items, and customer service protocols.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate new policies or procedures.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and manage the performance of all restaurant staff.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to meet goals.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract role.
Location:
This position is located in Isa Town, Bahrain.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager is required for this role.
