Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of land. You will utilize various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and aerial imagery to collect data and create accurate maps and reports. Your work will play a vital role in the development and construction of new buildings and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify property boundaries, topography, and other features of land

- Analyze collected data to create accurate maps and reports
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide progress updates
- Ensure that all surveys are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to plan construction projects
- Keep updated records of all survey data for future reference
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and aerial imagery
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding land surveys
Salary: $1300 per month
