Baker - Experienced Part-Time with Accommodation


We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a part-time position, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Roll, cut, and shape dough for various baked goods
- Bake items in ovens or other equipment
- Decorate and glaze pastries and other desserts
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperature or timing as needed
- Ensure quality standards are met for all products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes for different types of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be able to communicate in basic English (written and verbal)
- Experience working in Kuwait or the Middle East preferred but not required
