Floral Designer


We are in search of a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Nizwa. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and special events. Your role will involve designing, arranging, and organizing flowers to create visually appealing displays that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Discussing with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Creating unique and eye-catching floral arrangements for various occasions
- Sourcing high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies
- Designing displays for store showcases and events
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Preparing flower orders for delivery or pickup
- Managing payments and transactions with clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Creative flair and ability to design unique floral arrangements
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in floral design is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time role.
