Junior Android Developer

We are hiring a Junior Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Wiltz. As a Junior Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with senior developers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about mobile development and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This part-time position is suitable for students or individuals without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to ensure optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development
- Assist with testing and deployment of applications

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong understanding of Java programming language
- Experience with Android SDK and third-party libraries
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Passion for learning new technologies and eagerness to grow as a developer

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience developing mobile applications for Android platform
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Understanding of Material Design principles
- Experience working with version control systems (Git)

Salary: Starting at $1200 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
