Carpenter



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will also be expected to work with other materials such as plastic, fiberglass, and drywall.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings
- Build stairs, install cabinets and shelves
- Construct formwork for concrete pours
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Skilled in using carpentry tools including saws, drills, chisels etc.
- Familiar with woodworking techniques and methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good understanding of basic math for measuring and calculating material needs
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria
