Concrete Worker Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Worker Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Concrete Worker Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of concrete workers, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Plan and schedule tasks, ensuring that all projects are completed on time
- Review project plans and blueprints to determine materials and equipment needed
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Oversee the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete according to specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per week for this position.
