Gardener Supervisor


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Albena. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners, ensuring the proper care and maintenance of our gardens, parks, and landscapes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of gardeners and assign tasks accordingly
- Train new gardeners on proper gardening techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and quality of work done by the team
- Ensure that all gardens, parks, and landscapes are well-maintained and presentable at all times
- Plan and implement seasonal planting schedules
- Inspect plants for diseases or pests and take appropriate action to address any issues
- Order necessary supplies and equipment for gardening tasks
- Maintain accurate records of plants, materials used, and work done by the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and safety measures
- Ability to supervise and train a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
- Preference for female candidates
