Junior Land Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Land Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi. In this role, you will assist in conducting surveys and collecting data on land, structures, and natural features. You will work closely with senior surveyors to ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect data on land boundaries, elevations, and topographical features
- Create maps and drawings using survey data
- Calculate measurements and prepare reports for clients
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on construction projects
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in surveying or related field
- Valid work permit for Kenya
- Strong mathematical skills
- Familiarity with surveying tools and software
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $900 per month
