Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager in Lom, Togo, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main focus will be to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards. You will be working closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage costs and stay within budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Communicate with clients about project updates and timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee safety protocols on job sites
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction management is required
