Part-Time Construction Manager

Our construction company in Plovdiv is seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans and designs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in budgeting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Plovdiv or surrounding areas

Salary: $1400 per month (based on 20 hours/week)
