Entry Level Executive Chef
As an Entry Level Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent culinary school graduate or someone with a passion for cooking to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
- Manage the kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Oversee food presentation and ensure consistency with company standards
- Train new hires on proper cooking techniques and company procedures
Requirements:
- Culinary school degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of dishes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health codes, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
This full-time position offers a salary of $1300 per month, with potential for growth within the company. The position is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. Accommodations are not provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
