Florist - Lom, Bulgaria (Contract with Accommodation)



We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria on a contract basis. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, sourcing and selecting the best quality flowers and greenery, and arranging them into stunning displays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and provide recommendations based on their budget and preferences
- Create unique floral designs for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and other special occasions
- Source and select the best quality flowers and greenery from local suppliers or importers
- Prepare flowers by trimming stems, arranging them in vases or other containers, adding ribbons or other decorative elements
- Ensure timely delivery of arrangements to clients' specified locations
- Maintain inventory of supplies such as vases, ribbons, and other decorative items
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Strong creativity and design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of basic business operations such as budgeting, purchasing, inventory management is preferred but not required
