Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lom, responsible for driving sales and managing our sales team. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company objectives. You will lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet them.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. Previous experience in sales or management is preferred but not required as we are open to training the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet them
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports for management review
- Train new hires on company policies, products/services, and selling techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or management preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
