We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Khasab. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects
- Create and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate project updates to relevant parties
- Manage project documentation and record keeping
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent budgeting skills and ability to manage costs effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
