Insurance Claims Adjuster



We are currently hiring an experienced Insurance Claims Adjuster for our company in the beautiful city of Pula. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine their validity and coverage. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance policies to determine coverage for claims
- Conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Communicate with all parties involved in the claim process, including policyholders, doctors, attorneys, and other insurance adjusters
- Maintain accurate records of all activities related to the claim
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster
- Knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel when necessary

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with property and casualty claims
