Excavator Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Bayan, Kuwait. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate and move earth or other materials at construction sites. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig trenches, foundations, and other excavation projects according to blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Maneuver and control heavy equipment with precision and safety in mind
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred
