IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology systems. This includes managing the network infrastructure, hardware and software installations, and ensuring the security of all systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT management, strong leadership skills, and experience with biometric passport systems. This is a full-time position, and fluency in Malayalee language is required. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's information technology systems
- Manage network infrastructure and ensure its smooth functioning
- Install and maintain hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of all company systems
- Train and supervise IT staff members
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Monitor system performance and make necessary upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Experience with biometric passport systems preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of network security protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month
