Part-Time Office Assistant

We are in need of a part-time office assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib. This is an urgent job and we require someone with prior experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. The working hours will be flexible and can be negotiated based on the candidate's availability. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when needed
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Keeping the office clean and organized
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
