Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement databases to store and organize data sets
- Gather and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns or trends
- Create reports and visualizations to effectively present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement based on data analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, charts, and formulas
- Experience with statistical software such as SPSS or SAS is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
