We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Osijek. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial surfaces using different techniques and tools. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $1500, visa sponsorship, and encourage women to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed
- Mix and match paint to desired color and consistency
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure smooth and even coverage of paint on all surfaces
- Use specialized tools such as airless sprayers or pressure pots when necessary
- Follow safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain clean and organized work area at all times
- Communicate with team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
