Information Technology Manager


As an Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure and systems of our company in Washington. Your main role will be to ensure that all technology operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while also providing strategic guidance to enhance our IT capabilities.

You will work closely with our executive team to identify and implement technology solutions that align with our business objectives. Additionally, you will manage a team of IT professionals and oversee their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical knowledge and experience in IT management. You should also possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our company's technology infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify technology solutions that align with business objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, hardware, software systems, databases, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-tech stakeholders
- Familiarity with data security regulations
Salary: $1600 per month (with accommodation)
