We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Washington. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of our company's network and computer systems. This includes configuring, installing, monitoring, and troubleshooting network equipment and software, as well as managing user accounts and access levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, experience with various operating systems, and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
- Troubleshoot network issues including connectivity problems, outages, and malware attacks
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation and identify areas for improvement
- Manage user accounts and access levels to ensure security of company data
- Maintain system backups in case of data loss or disaster recovery situations
- Collaborate with other departments to implement new technologies or resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in networking technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux/Unix
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of security best practices for networks and systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically under pressure
