Senior Level Developer

We are in need of a Senior Level Developer to join our growing team in Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining complex software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and other developers to understand and analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality code.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
- Design and develop highly scalable software solutions using the latest technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.)
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
