We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Washington. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Salary: $1800 per month

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members
- Motivate and support team members to achieve their full potential
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet high quality standards
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary support
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role is required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Valid work permit for USA
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
