Entry Level Formworker in Washington, USA


We are seeking a hardworking and motivated entry level formworker to join our team in Washington. As a formworker, you will be responsible for constructing temporary or permanent molds used to shape concrete structures, such as walls, foundations, and beams. You will work closely with experienced formworkers to learn and develop skills in reading blueprints, setting up forms, pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces.

Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Salary:
This is an entry level position with a starting salary of $1000 per month. As you gain experience and skills, opportunities for advancement and salary increase will be available.
