Civil Engineer

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Washington. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and water systems. You will work closely with architects, construction managers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project design
- Prepare and present detailed project plans and cost estimates
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create blueprints and models
- Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other team members to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Oversee construction progress to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Monitor project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety standards are being met
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering or related role
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Effective communication skills

Salary: $1500 per month
