Job Title: Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Washington. Your main tasks will include conducting site surveys, developing preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation of historical buildings is done effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in historic preservation
- Knowledge of local and national preservation guidelines and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport required

Your salary for this contract job will be 1500$ per month. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
