Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This includes creating detailed plans, collaborating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals for industrial buildings and facilities
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs
- Monitor construction progress and provide guidance to ensure adherence to design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess project needs and address any issues or concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in building technology, and regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and other industry guidelines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. We offer free visa sponsorship for international candidates as well as airfare reimbursement for travel to Washington.
