Senior Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and construction to ensure seamless project delivery
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with design plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
