We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Washington. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator safely and efficiently according to job site regulations
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection on equipment
- Dig trenches, load trucks, and move material as needed
- Work closely with ground crew to ensure proper excavation and grading
- Follow project plans and blueprints for precise digging and placement of materials
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating excavators
- Valid operator's license or certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret project plans
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy machinery operation
- Physically fit to withstand long periods of sitting, standing, bending, and lifting
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per week with potential for overtime pay
