Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices.

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of Washington.
- Must be willing to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients' needs.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Preferences:
While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, candidates who possess any of the following will be given preference:
- Previous experience in a clinical setting or as a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
