Restaurant Manager - Washington D.C.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Washington D.C. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high quality standards in food and beverage preparation and service. Your main duties will include creating schedules, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and handling employee issues or concerns.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership position. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and work with a diverse team. A strong understanding of food safety regulations and experience with budgeting and financial management is also required.
