As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant's operations. You will ensure the smooth running of the establishment, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage and motivate a team of staff. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers while also meeting business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Train and manage staff to deliver excellent service and uphold company standards
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Handle any customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, goals, and provide feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred

Location: Washington DC, USA

Salary: $1600 per month
