Merchandiser - Retail Stores (Washington, USA)


As a Merchandiser for our retail stores in Washington, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal and presentation of our products. You will work closely with the store management team to create and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and signage in accordance with company guidelines
- Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute seasonal displays and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for product assortment, placement, and pricing
- Train store staff on merchandising standards and provide ongoing support as needed
- Maintain inventory levels in stores by coordinating with the distribution team
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations, product placement, and visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position without accommodation. However, we do offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with free visa sponsorship and air ticket. This is an urgent job opening, so immediate availability is preferred.
