Sales Manager - Washington, USA
As a Sales Manager in our Washington office, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. A biometric passport is preferred for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
- Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
- Present product/service offerings to potential clients in a compelling manner
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including client interactions, contracts, and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present confidently
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport is preferred
Salary: $1200 per month + accommodation provided
