We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Washington, USA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. A proven track record of meeting sales quotas and previous experience in a similar role is required. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the USA.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas of improvement
- Meet or exceed sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the USA market
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Must have own visa to work in the USA
