Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Washington. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing various structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials according to specifications
- Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and staircases
- Repair or replace damaged or defective structures
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all work performed
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in a construction or woodworking environment
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques
- Proficient in using manual and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Carpentry or relevant field
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Previous experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
